Amazing customer service! I stopped in today to check on my account and when the next payment was due Kelsey greeted me with a smile and answered all of my questions. She confirmed that my billing and address was correct and let me know important dates. I’ve had my storage here for a few years now and it’s been great. It’s clean, easy to access, and the employees are super nice and helpful. I called today to make a payment and Justin was awesome! My rent had gone up and he said he would talk to management to see what he could do! He called me a couple hours later with a super lowered rate! Way to go Justin! I could not be happier. I’ve used several different companies for storage units in the past but this place is by far the best!! Thank you!👍🏼👍🏼😁
Justin from life storage assisted me today. I received notice that my rate was going up $42 a month. And I simply couldn’t afford having it raised. He worked with me to increase it only by $5.00. If you receive notice that your rates are going up first call and talk to them. They will work with you based on your financial needs. 10/10. Other places do not do this. For now I will stay with them. Hope this helps.
For a first timer renting a storage unit, Kelsey made it very easy. She was very thorough in giving us information about our new storage unit. She was patient,informative,friendly, courteous and above all very professional. She took time to show us the new storage unit we rented. The place is very new,clean ample lighting and just the right temperature. I will surely recommend renting at Life Storage, Hawaiian Gardens location. Thank you so much Kelsey for all your help.
