Secure, clean, and friendly staff There was only one negative thing about my experience and that was the "insurance". Granted I understand that insurance is necessary or even required, however when reserving the unit there should have been something written somewhere about requiring it. First time renting a storage unit and the process was easy and stress-free! This was my first time renting a storage unit. Jan made the entire process so simple and stress-free! He had a wealth of knowledge and experience. I learned quite a lot that day from him.
Convenient, safe, and clean space. Life Storage made it easy for us to estimate the size of the unit needed, complete the contract and move in. The price for a climate controlled storage unit was also very reasonable.
Return customers and always satisfied. The staff is always extra friendly and understanding. We will definitely be coming back again after this bout if we ever need storage.
