I love this storage unit. I got an amazing deal on the price, the location is amazing, private but also not private to the point that it's hard to find or scary if you're alone dropping items off. The staff was extremely personable. Daniel met me with a smile and a great attitude and was so helpful and knowledgeable on the units and was able to answer any of my other questions that I had I would definitely recommend this storage to anyone looking to rent one. Five stars to Daniel and the facility.
I've had a unit off and on at this location for a little over two years the facility is always clean and well maintained. Not only was Daniel very personable and understanding when he helped me fix an issue I had with my unit, he also went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience going out of his way to help. 10/10 would suggest this location over others.
The place is clean and new (2 years old). I signed up as soon as I walked in! (after seeing a few other alternatives). Daniel Simkins (the Manager) was super friendly and gave me fantastic customer service. He gave me heads-up on all the minute details and I signed the lease fully aware of everything. I signed up for a year without hesitation. I highly recommend !!
I have the pleasure of dealing with Daniel during my visit to this installation. I found him to be very professional, courteous, and eager to answer questions. Daniel Simkins is a wonderful manager! He was able to set up my account from another storage unit without any problems. Extremely friendly and professional! Nice and clean location. I highly recommend it!
