Daniel was absolutely wonderful! We had to switch our unit last minute fue to not being able to fit our items and he was so nice and so willing to help. He went above on customer service showing us different units that could work. I can't recommend this place enough.

very easy process to get a unit. Clean facility and nice temperature in the units! Mr Simkins, Manager was very friendly and helpful!

With the crazy prices everywhere I was dreading finding a storage unit. But not at Extra Storage. Not only were their prices, reasonable, but the manager, Daniel, went above and beyond to ensure I got the best possible rate based on my needs and the length of time I would need it. I genuinely felt appreciated as a customer and Daniel's efforts to get me the best possible rate assured me he was more about me as a customer than the bottom line and I appreciated that especially in today's financial climate.
