The location I was at had 2 guys working there that displayed phenomenal customer service. My issue is with the company itself. I rented the unit 2 days before Christmas at a rate of $78 a month. In March, my bill jumped from $78 to $139. No explanation. No e-mail, no text, no USPS letter, no phone call. Nothing. I was very pleased when I first signed up at this location in March 3023--Professional office manager and facility is nice. HOWEVER, LifeStorage was bought by Extra Space Storage. In their first month of ownership, they jacked the rate up 44%, 'due to market conditions.' They know people do not want to move their belongings, so they increase the fees, fairly often.
