My storage unit was broken into and thousands of dollars worth of personal belongings were stolen. What makes this even worse is that no one from Extra Space Storage contacted me to inform me of the break-in-I discovered the situation myself. After reading other reviews, it appears I am not the only customer with concerns about security at this location.
