Clean and locker was as described. No live person to verify my identity and give us access to the building so we had to jump through hoops with customer service to get in. Would have been fine if we had been told this would happen and how to handle it. Also, back loading dock is nearly impossible to find. We had to drive around into other business parking lots to access the driveway which was not attached to a road. Again…just tell us this please! Clean, nice place to put household items. I wish the price was lower for the amount of space you get. It didn't seem climate controlled to me (freezing on Halloween).
Clean, temp controlled, easy access, great security, good service, great! The place met all of our needs. The customer service was very good and efficient, access times and entrances were very convenient, security was excellent, the space was clean and they have plenty of carts to make it easy to move things. Building appears well taken care of. They care about their business and customers. After looking around a lot we found this place to be absolutely the best value. We highly recommend!
Easy move in with dock Move in was easy, the elevator was a good size and the space was clean. The loading dock made our delivery easy as well.
excellent service, a bit pricey The service was excellent! The unit clean and easy to access but to me it is a bit pricey.
