Good but… They do not tell you about hidden fees(Insurance is $15, a lock is $19 & there is a one time administration fee of $20). The place was clean and smelled good but some of the units have stuff in front of them and they were not so busy that they couldn’t clean up. The unit I moved my things into was dusty. Not like dirty but like light colored construction dust. Move in hours aren’t great because it’s mostly open during office hours 9-5 which is when people are at work. Stoarage done the right way It’s very rare nowadays to get exceptional customer service, but Chris is an example of that. I rented a space at the East New York location and from the very first phone call Chris demonstrated courtesy and professionalism. He answered all my questions, and even switched reservations for me in an instant. He made the entire process quick and simple. Chris exemplifies how to treat a customer.
