Cheap but customer service is difficult to deal with When I tried to move my reservation date three days later than it was initially supposed to take place, I was told it was impossible. So I cancelled and made a new reservation. When I showed up to the facility, they had auto-cancelled my reservation, thinking it was a double-booking. They never called me to check in. Definitely recommending! They are great, helpful, clean and so accessible.
Amazing happy just wanted a closer vacant unit Overall very very happy. Clean facility and unloading space is great. I'm only unhappy that they gave us an available unit that was furthest away from the elevator, when there were other ones vacant on the same floor and closer. Made it a bit unnecessarily harder

SUCH friendly and patient staff. SUPER clean facility. AMAZINGLY Secure. I AM HONESTLY AMAZED!! The staff is SO friendly, the unit was SO clean. I am so comfortable leaving my stuff there. I would recommend it to anyone.
