High priced,but everything else is good! Great customer service, clean and as described. I just feel like the prices are WAY TOO HIGH in comparison to other locations.
Prices high, Customer Service Outstanding! I wish I could remember what the guys' name was that I spoke with over the phone. He was AMAZING. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions.The prices at this location were higher than the one I initially looked at, but I was in a crunch and needed a unit IMMEDIATELY.
Customer Service Was Excellent!! The Guy and Gal that were at the front desk were sooooo awesome!! We had a laugh about the hand sanitizer spraying me in the face! But besides that, the place was clean and very nice even tho my unit was really far towards the back, the young lady showed me an easier route which made it way easier for me to move my belongings in! Love this place and I would highly recommend family and friends!!
Customer Service was excellent . First impression is a lasting impression with me and the young lady was training a new person but never took her focus off of what needed to be done with me as a new client. She allowed me to ask questions and tour the facility as well. Very informative representation of your company. This is great customer service and don’t mind paying for great service. Thank You for having people in front representing your company.
