The Assistant Manager Kevin was very polite and professional! The location is clean and accessible with a truck and/or trailer. They have pull-up units and temperature controlled units, as well.
So far, so good, great internet specials, friendly staff. I needed some flexibility with my move in date and it was easy to get help. My rental was easy, staff was very friendly and helpful.
I went yesterday with my brother to store my car since due to my work I am away from my apartment a lot and I decided to store my car in storage. The employee was kind and explained to me how to use the app or the code for the gate. He also explained to us how to properly set the lock and to make sure before leaving that the door was closed since many people leave them open by mistake. The attendant was knowledgeable and very professional. He made sure that I fully understood all rules and procedures and walked me through the entire process of entering and exiting the facility. Excellent presentation, I was fully satisfied. Everything was clean inside and out. 🙌🏾🙌🏾
