Very nice experience I feel safe with the type of lock they use, the place itself looks nice, and the customer service was great.
Completing reservation took longer than expected, but everything is OK. The first two climate controlled units I was assigned had non-functioning lights in the units and in the hallway. An electrician had not been there yet to take care of those issues. Fortunately, the manager was able to locate a unit of the same size in the same area that had a functioning light and I was able to complete my reservation, etc. The manager was very helpful.
