RENTER BEWARE!! Very rude management in my opinion, and bad business practices. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The manager called to tell us the fence around our belongings had pulled away from the wall because we had heavy paint cans leaning against it. When we arrived, we found one can of paint (1/4 full) was against the fence in which we did not put there. There's no way it was heavy enough anyway to pull the fence out of the concrete wall. The manager I believe "Brittany" is incredibly disrespectful. Unbelievable behavior from someone in a position of minimal power. Next stop BBB. Please feel free to reach out for any questions or concerns I have several other storage locations to recommend.

Please do not trust this company. We confirmed with the manager a few times about the procedure to vacate our unit at the end of the month. She told us to empty the unit, broom sweep and take the lock off and she would make sure we were not charged for the following month. We did everything exactly as she said, and assumed we would not be charged. I was surprised to see that my credit card had been charged for the following month. UNPROFESSIONAL PRACTICES I wanted to add on another 10x10. I signed the contract thinking that they would use the home insurance certification that I provided when I originally contracted with them. Instead, they padded my contract with $10 per month for insurance. Not nice, so I cancelled the contract the next day, and am planning on cancelling the others that I have.
