Worked with Dan the store manager on getting us a space for my truck. Very easy going no pressure. Dan took the time to walk the pristine location with us. He asked all the right questions and answered our questions to our satisfaction. Dan even took the time to look for locations that may be closer to our house. We eventually took a space from his location. At the end of the process we felt we had a new friend in a place we could trust 100%.
We had our entire house worth of items stored here for over a year and it was a fantastic experience. Easy to access, tons of dollies provided, and security precautions taken everywhere you turn. Managing the account was super easy from their site, including updating payment methods and scheduling our move-out. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. Overall it was a great place to keep our cherished items for an extended period of time.

I had a fantastic experience at Life Storage, thanks to Dan, the manager. I had several boxes delivered from UPS, and Dan went above and beyond by helping me unload and organize them. His assistance made the process so much easier and stress-free. Dan's exceptional customer service and willingness to lend a hand really stood out. If you're looking for a place where the staff genuinely cares about their customers, Life Storage is the place to go. I highly recommend it, and Dan is a big reason why!
Nice place but careful. Online quoted $106 a month and received the text at $106/mo. Reserved it. Confirmation email then came in within the hour at $121/mo. Strange. I went in to pay and the rate was almost $149/mo a month and if you don't lock that in by prepaying, to was going to almost $189 a month with the ability to increase anytime unless you locked that in by prepaying for up to two years.
