Convenient This location was the closest to my home. Great customer service. They call to confirm your reservation as well as follow up. My initial rate changed when I changed my move-in date although when I asked would it remain the same, I was told yes. That was not the case. There was a $17 increase. Not too bad but, not what I was expecting walking in to fill out my paperwork. I also feel like insurance information/pricing should be listed on the website.
