Convenient This location was the closest to my home. Great customer service. They call to confirm your reservation as well as follow up. My initial rate changed when I changed my move-in date although when I asked would it remain the same, I was told yes. That was not the case. There was a $17 increase. Not too bad but, not what I was expecting walking in to fill out my paperwork. I also feel like insurance information/pricing should be listed on the website. 75 spaces - a joke - see below I only used the space for 24 hours and got no money returned - even though roration is advertised. I would tell anyone that asks to find an alternate space to use. The building is new, the facility is not well-kept. Customers leave trash and it isn't removed in a timely manner. There was glass on the pavement where I parked my car to unload and explore the space. A day later it was still there.
