Andrea was very helpful in resolving an issue related to billing. My monthly rate was increased without any notice after just being raised 2 months prior. She was able to adjust my rate and refund the extra amount charged

Everett helped us get a better deal when we thought of leaving the storage. He was very polite and was even able to leave us in the same floor like we didn’t want to make a big change. Will definitely recommend the storage and him for all his time and taking his time to know exactly what we wanted.
