Sue was fantastic! Got a storage unit last minute and she was super helpful and friendly. Prices were good and the facility was really nice and conveniently located.

Partly my fault for not seeing the reviews, but after three months, my "pre-paid" six months was over and the price was hiked from $115 to $240. It's probably in the small print, but seems to be a common thing that Extra Space Storage does, which is crummy. Time to go searching for a new place, I guess.
