We had a great experience working with Horace Harvey to rent our storage space. He had someplace to go, but he stayed to help us choose a unit and do the paperwork. We were very pleased with him, as well as with the facility.
I’ve been renting a unit at the Matthews location for several months and have interacted with several representatives. Although they all provide excellent service, Horace consistently stands out - very pleasant and helpful! Facility is also clean and secure.
Very clean, easy access, safe location. The attendant was anlways extremely helpful. CJ was always very kind. I was a little shocked after two months the rate doubled. So it did rush me to empty it out but I would have had to eventually anyway.

Horace is great! Very helpful. He gave us a quick tour and answered all our questions. We got exactly what we needed and were on our way in half an hour.
