I’ve been renting a unit at the Matthews location for several months and have interacted with several representatives. Although they all provide excellent service, Horace consistently stands out - very pleasant and helpful! Facility is also clean and secure.
Very clean, easy access, safe location. The attendant was anlways extremely helpful. CJ was always very kind. I was a little shocked after two months the rate doubled. So it did rush me to empty it out but I would have had to eventually anyway.
Horace is great! Very helpful. He gave us a quick tour and answered all our questions. We got exactly what we needed and were on our way in half an hour.

The facility is lit and secure, making it suitable for short-term storage. However, be aware that if you choose to store items here long-term, you may be subject to frequent price increases by the company. Between 2022 and 2024, my rate went from $230 to $379. You should expect a 10-15% price hike every 3-6 months. It’s hard to imagine the operating costs for a place like this rising so quickly, unless as people move out the ones left behind are carrying the bag, or perhaps the CEO’s desire for a new yacht every few months. ... read more
