James and David are the absolute best!! I was having a bad day when I went there and what started as a chore I had to do ended up being the thing that turned my whole day around. My next stop was Starbucks and I told everyone there plus the people in line how great they were and how our conversation while I was deciding about units made my day completely turn around! They both deserve raises and are wonderful ambassadors of your company and your brand!! Hang on to them!
