Andrea who works sometimes at the Blackwood, NJ, Black Horse Pike location, and Marcus who is there every day usually, are AWESOME! Andrea went out of her way to answer questions about my unit, even when I didn’t recall its exact # (only its location). Marcus was knowledgeable and supportive on my moving-in day, since it was a crazy and unexpected housing change.
