Absolutely exceptional service from Len! So glad I chose this storage spot instead of one of the more generic places cropping up all around town. Super friendly, knowledgeable and patient staff. Showed us all the ins and outs, and gave us the best deal, especially for being in the city part of town. Super clean inside the air controlled units as well. Plus moving equipment is free and included to use. Definitely recommend this spot. And if you ever read this, thank you Len! You were amazing!

I have been a customer of Life Storage for years. We recently switched to a bigger unit on Jan 1 for $180. per month. After 3 months, I was randomly billed $287.00. When I called to complain, the manager said that Extra Space Storage bought the company last Fall and unless you pay in advance, there are no locked in price "guarantees". They can just bill you whatever they want. The manager also said you don't receive an email to notify you of the change and that they "probably" sent a postcard to your mailing address.
