Just got my first storage space today and both José and Marcia were supper pleasant and helpful. Jose showed me where my unit was and how to gain access to to the entrance gate and doors, and then even came back later to check up on me and make sure I didn’t have any follow up questions. So far a great experience!
Excellent service. Facilities are nice and clean. I'm overjoyed that there are NO bugs inside the units, since I've had issues with bugs at other storage facilities in the past. Reshma was thorough in explaining everything and has the most amazing hair (just wanted to run my fingers through it, but I digress)! The unit came with a nice, sturdy, quality lock. I had a fantastic experience storing my belongings at LifeStorage. The facility is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Everything is organized, the air-conditioning works perfectly, and the overall environment is top-notch. The security is excellent with cameras throughout the facility, which made me feel very safe. Very bad experience with Life Storage Oakland Park. This company allows itself to increase the rent by 50% without notice, without notification, suddenly. Totally dishonest. They tried it for the first time after 6 months of use. We complained and they gave up. They started again this month and they are taking advantage of the fact that we are not here. Inadmissible. We contacted them. They will think. Finally, they applied a penalty to us for non-payment while we were waiting for their response ($188 to $329!!). Incredible.... read more
