Just got my first storage space today and both José and Marcia were supper pleasant and helpful. Jose showed me where my unit was and how to gain access to to the entrance gate and doors, and then even came back later to check up on me and make sure I didn’t have any follow up questions. So far a great experience!
I've been in the moving business for years and retired. I contacted extra space storage being I needed a unit asap! Meleca had contacted me with such ease in making this process happen without any flaws. She was so helpful and made my life a breeze during our move. Excellent service. Facilities are nice and clean. I'm overjoyed that there are NO bugs inside the units, since I've had issues with bugs at other storage facilities in the past. Reshma was thorough in explaining everything and has the most amazing hair (just wanted to run my fingers through it, but I digress)! The unit came with a nice, sturdy, quality lock. He took the time to show us several options that suited our needs and even walked us through the units in the rain, providing umbrellas to keep us dry. I've been at this location for a year and every 3 months they go up on the storage fee, despite having cheaper web specials. It's a constant "battle" to negotiate a cheaper rate than what they want to go up to, so this time I'm moving to a different storage facility. If you want to keep good customer, who pay on time, you should keep their rates to match what you advertise online. That's just good business.
