Easy access location in beautiful Greenville, SC! Helpful and friendly onsite Management Staff (Kirsten). Great hours of accessibility. Very clean, humidity controlled units, with wide range of options. Fair and reasonable prices for anyone. They take pride in what they offer and it shows. I’ve been using them for a few years and consider them to be a 5 Star location and company. No one associated with this business has ever asked, enticed nor enriched me in any way to provide this review.
Site is always so clean and manager is very helpful. Side door has been out of order since 1st week of January though. Very frustrating, the guy in the unit next to mine moved out of his unit because of it.
Kristin does an outstanding job answering questions and addressing any concerns. She is always cheerful and follows through with anything that might need her attention. I am so glad to have her as my contact person!
Kirsten is the best! Always on top of any questions I have and very professional. I would recommend speaking with her if you had any questions regarding this company
I’ve been with this storage company for years since 2018. And yesterday when I called to make a payment I talked to Ms. Kirsten she was very nice and helpful. Ms. Kirsten went over and above with her customer service and she also helped me save alot of money on all 3 of my units. I’m so happy she helped me because I almost had to give a unit up.
