Renting from Extra Space on Dunbar was such a great experience from beginning to end. Move-in was seamless and moving out was even easier, all thanks to Kirsten. I’m moving out of state, so I had to quickly leave my unit and had needed some clerical assistance, and Kirsten was so kind and understanding and helped me get moved out efficiently and made sure my account was all taken care of. I am moving my things out ASAP. The rate increases are ridiculous. I just received another increase card in the mail today. With this latest one, the monthly fee for my 5x10 unit has increased by over 350% since I first got it. Absolutely nothing has changed to deserve any increase, much less for that much of a change. I would never recommend ESS.
I cannot recommend this storage facility enough! Kristen is always incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Packages are consistently brought directly to my unit, so I never have to worry about tracking them down. Even when I arrive after hours, everything is conveniently ready and waiting for me. The level of service and attention to detail here truly sets this place apart, and I’m so grateful for the support.
