Storage unit facility increases there prices by 2x once your term is done... James the "manager" is a nice guy but in terms of "managing" does not get the job done and does not help you but instead lead you to paying more $ I payed extra days of my storage unit then he proceeded to charge me 5 extra days when I already scheduled my move out and have photo evidence the unit was cleared. Be careful when shopping here they will get you stuck in money traps
Should actually be 1/2 star rating. Horrible customer service, No local management on site and DO NOT return texts or calls. Main office has been going thru remolding for months now. Gate has been inoperable for the last 2 weeks. It very frustrating when no one respond to your inquiry's. There a note taped to the window that says "Call or Text".
