Do not rent a storage unit here! They never have access- the digital access never works, elevators locked - we called the 800 number for assistance and they called the manager and he would not come and unlock the doors or turn on elevators until office hours of 9:30am. I had paid movers that arrived at 8 am and I had to pay them to sit here waiting for the manager to arrive to unlock the doors and elevator. The manager said” he had things to do! We’ve never had the need for self storage before but when I tell you me and my husband were impressed with the cleanliness and quality, we were sold! Adam was absolutely wonderful to speak to. He was very helpful, answering any and all questions we had, which made the process super easy! 10/10! Can’t wait to move our stuff in!
