The staff is very nice and helpful. I am doing a 4 star for the staff and on site customer service. The companies practice is what is upsetting. So this is my review. No stars for the company.The company will raise your rent monthly until you cannot afford it. So don't settle in or stay long.Kerep your belongings ready to move as you wont be able to kerp up and if your a day late on rent it is a $60 late fee.This is horrible to do to people. Moved from another facility and I’m super thankful I did. Great prices, staff is very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Had an emergency storage need come up and the staff got me exactly what I needed and made the process extremely easy. I will continue to use this location.
These guys are very kind and professional. They worked with me to find the best unit and best pricing for my needs. Both locations I visited were clean and I felt very comfortable. If you have short term or long term storage needs I definitely recommend you stop here first. You won't be disappointed.
Booked a unit in the morning and was all checked in and ready to go within a couple hours. The gentlemen at the main office were both really friendly and helpful. They offered to follow up with me as well in a few months to inform me of my month to month lease agreement. Facility was clean and affordable.
