With no notice, they just raised the price by $100 a month. It's an old building with difficult entry and exit. There was no explanation for the increase. I'm retired on a fixed income, and this was the reason I left the San Tan location. Look elsewhere so you don't have to move back out in a few months

The staff is very nice and helpful. I am doing a 4 star for the staff and on site customer service. The companies practice is what is upsetting. So this is my review. No stars for the company.The company will raise your rent monthly until you cannot afford it. So don't settle in or stay long.Kerep your belongings ready to move as you wont be able to kerp up and if your a day late on rent it is a $60 late fee.This is horrible to do to people. Isaiah was amazing! The unit was smaller than I thought and he quickly helped me find another storage unit nearby and simply got me set up in minutes! He also has a great personality and someone you can have a good conversation with! Thank you Isaiah!
