YIKES!!! This place changes managers and ownership faster than you can say, Yikes. In the two years I've been with them, they've raised the price 6 times. Yep, you read that right. They know they can screw you once you sign on because who wants the hassle of moving your stuff in and out of a place. So every few months, they raise the rent another ten bucks. It's a scam.

I had an excellent experience setting up a storage unit with the help of Brittnie. She was incredibly helpful and thorough throughout the entire process. The facility's commitment to security was evident, with cameras on every floor and the ability to view footage in the office. This gave me peace of mind knowing that my belongings would be well-protected. The rates were competitive and the availability was great. I would highly recommend this storage facility to my friends and family!

Elizabeth, the store Manager is so wonderful. We had a mishap with our keys and she was right there to help us get new ones. The customer service is 10/10! So glad to have her here.

I reserved a specific unit and when I arrived I was told that unit was rented to someone else. Instead, I was put into a unit in the basement. The clerk didn't even show me the unit, just had me sign the contract, pay the money and told me where the unit was located. Every time you want to walk into the building, you have to put your gate code in. Not convenient for moving in. The only plus was the location of storage building and the unit was inexpensive. Luckily, I will only be renting here for a short time.
