The entire rental process went very smoothly. Mike was excellent. He was very personable and he explained the entire process extremely well. The rental unit is very nice and will be a life-saver in our move.
5 stars for service, ease, and a safe, clean unit for the 2 years that we used it. We used a small indoor temperature-controlled unit. Price doubled over time which was difficult but we would still consider the facility for future short-term use if needed!
The lady who walked us through the process was very pleasant and extremely helpful. We made two visits before making a final decision. Each time she worked patiently with us. She also helped us identify options that gave us the best value for money while also highlighting how we can make changes on the fly to ensure that we were satisfied.
This was my second visit to the Extra Storage on Science Park Road, and Tracy provided the best service! Very accommodating of my request, and informed me well so that I could make some decisions about the long term renting of my unit. Highly recommend. Thank you, Tracy!
