[a long overdue review]. We used the service for a year. 5/5 stars for exceptional customer service. Clean and well maintained facility. The management team is super helpful. The process was smooth and fast, so by the time we were ready to move, we didnt have to worry about anything. Definitely coming back in the future if needed!

Thank you for fair pricing and EXCELLENT customer service!!! We stored with another company for a long time and after years of insane price gauging, random rent increases and quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever endured; we finally had enough so switched to Extra Space. I just wish we would have done it sooner!
Mike and Tracie were very professional with the rental transaction of a storage unit for my college daughter. She met with them, was shown the unit and discussed the different options.
