[a long overdue review]. We used the service for a year. 5/5 stars for exceptional customer service. Clean and well maintained facility. The management team is super helpful. The process was smooth and fast, so by the time we were ready to move, we didnt have to worry about anything. Definitely coming back in the future if needed!

The entire rental process went very smoothly. Mike was excellent. He was very personable and he explained the entire process extremely well. The rental unit is very nice and will be a life-saver in our move.
The lady who walked us through the process was very pleasant and extremely helpful. We made two visits before making a final decision. Each time she worked patiently with us. She also helped us identify options that gave us the best value for money while also highlighting how we can make changes on the fly to ensure that we were satisfied.
It is a very convenient location, The front desk lady (I forgot her name, sorry ) was very nice and explained to me how to use facility. I recommend to everyone in Penn State student who need storage unit for summer break. 👍👍
