While have not yet rented own unit, been here multiple times with a friend who has space here. Great deal, amazing location (if you wish to avoid the chaos or prices of Fishkill or Beacon. Remote location is wonderful! On an estuary, where after you lock up your things, can watch a white crane. Paddle board, hike (marked trails) or sit on the side enjoying your picnic! This location is key to the companies success. Easy to get to , and so. Close to 9. However, they will hide promotions they sell you, then pay 6 months in advance. Well they jump the rate up 2 months after they get you in, a bill arrives. Now you owe more and all you things are locked in their unit. Called today to pay. Could not even find my name or son's name - whom I rented the unit to house his childhood things. You think I will ever see them again? I doubt it. They did this to me before under another name.
