I used Extra Space while I was moving for temporary storage. The employee who got me set up over the phone was very helpful and friendly. The over-the-phone registration process is simple and convenient and took less than 10 minutes. I never had to speak with anyone in person during the registration or move-out process - a real plus during this time. The facility itself is clean and well maintained. Cameras are located around and inside the facility and there are key pads to both enter the building and to use the elevator.... read more

I needed some temporary storage space so I can stage my house for sale. Extra Space Storage was conveniently located and easy to get in and out of. The employees were very knowledgeable and friendly. I'll be looking into the location in my new city once I get there since I'll need temporary storage there, too.

We have things in storage, and it's clean and dry. But they keep hiking the price with no warning - from the initial price of $99 we're now up to $313. Beware because once your stuff is there it's hard to move it.
