Your rent will double. This place's business model is bait and switch. If you notice the other reviews are all from new customers. They haven't been hit yet with their rent doubling. My rent literally doubled and customer service explained to me that it was standard for it to double around month 3 or 4. I was also informed that it would likely go up again around the 12 month mark. They won't tell you this when you sign your lease. Buyer beware.
Office was closed during check in process. Sign on door stated it would be closed for the day after verifying open the day before. Had to locate and call 800 number to be assisted. Overall experience was less than satisfactory. I also had a hard time with truck. No maximum size was expressed for entrance and exit. Almost was unable to reach the rented space because of truck size.
Excellent place in Tampa to store our vehicle - immaculately clean unit and climate controlled. Valerie helped us get all set up in no time - very smooth process. She gives the best customer service and the price was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!
