Storm was awesome got us where needed to be and was really nice to talk with! Made time for us while having things going on in the offic.

Clean facility, all units are indoors and climate controlled. There is a cool drive-in bay so you can be a little bit cooler in the summer while unloading. The staff is helpful and Brittany went out of her way to help when we had an issue that wasn't even their fault!
Outstanding Storage Facility - Extremely Clean, Well-Managed and Secure! I've had a unit at Extra Space Storage at 15023 Pima Road since it was Life Storage transitioning over, and I couldn't be more impressed. What was the response to me? Call us at Storage number. NO real person to chat with. Its HORRIBLE as ever your response as a manager did no good to me. I have ZERO access and THOUSANDS of $$$ Items for the show stored in. All I am asking if there is damager and no response. Insulting. Horrible.

Just today 15023 N Pima Rd storage said it had some sort of water damage and would NOT allow anyone in. I mean SERIOUSLY! No news and wont let me in and they charge me $100 for monthly fee TODAY! I have an event soon and need my stuff stored and cant get to it. HORRIBLE customer service. I will pull all i have OUT and never do business with them EVER! Rude and lies.

We initially chose Extra Space Storage because the pricing seemed reasonable, but that didn't last. Our monthly rate went from under $100 to over $180 which is an increase of more than 80%. There was no gradual adjustment, just a sudden spike. If you're considering this facility, I would only recommend it for short term storage and suggest keeping a close eye on your billing.

They've jacked up the prices in a manner that should be deemed criminal. Once you've moved in your furniture, they start raising the monthly charge. If I had known the same space would cost nearly four times as much within a year I would have never put things in storage.
