We rented a unit her on 9/21, and both ladies were extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and speedy to get us in our way as soon as possible.
Our rep Victoria was amazing! She helped us out with everything we needed including renting us an additional unit. Facility was great! Clean, stocked with carts that worked and elevator was massive!
I recently started renting at Life Storage off Pima Rd. The manager Victoria has always been helpful, attentive, friendly and willing to assist in getting the units I needed. She answers all calls and responds quickly. I have rented at several other storage facilities however Victoria and her staff will ensure I stay at Life Storage. I have been storing my valuables at this location for a numbrr of years. I renegotiated the terms of my contract with a very helpful representative. Her name is Storm Koch. She contacted the management and reduced my monthly fees significantly. I am very grateful for her assistance and explanation regarding storage fees. I will continue to store my valuables in their current location but at some point will move my things to her location as a result. Thank you for everything.
I moved to Scottsdale about a month ago and needed a storage locker. My brother recommended this particular life storage location from their good experiences. I agreed wholeheartedly, Victoria is an amazing, conscientious and caring manager. The place is clean and neat and well secured. I highly recommend this life storage location!
