The storage unit is fine and the app works great but they've raised my rent twice in two years to where it's almost double what it started. When I complained initially the employee I spoke to was extremely rude and snarky about how I shouldn't complain because the contract states the rent can increase if they want it to. Sure if says that, but this is excessive! So basically they wait until you get all your stuff in and it would be a huge hassle to move it, then jack up the price. Rey and team are GREAT! So helpful and willing to stick around to assist. I have had weird experiences with other facilities but this one is top notch with customer service, and cleanliness. I love this place! Thank you Rey and team!

Not only was she very knowledgeable about the company, but she was very friendly and courteous, and went up and beyond her scope of work, I definitely appreciate it, and her name was easy to remember because of because of my experience, her name is Angela.
