I’ve had a unit at Extra Space (previously Life Storage) for about a year now. The staff and management have ALL been very awesome! I most recently spoke with the manager Tristan, which is no doubt an irreplaceable asset to the companies success! He is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! I’m at the end of my need for a storage unit as I have rented a warehouse that I’ll be able to store my extra things in, but I would not hesitate to rent a unit at this location again! Thank you Extra Space and see ya next time!

The customer service is a cut above and Triston was wonderful the deciding factor for us. The units are clean and just as good as Uhaul for such a better price.

I rarely write reviews, but this is a must today for this company. I worked with Tristan. I’ve had nothing but professionalism. They’ve always worked with me. I remember when I lost my key. They gave me no issues to cut it off lol. I’ve never been big on putting things in storage, but this has been a very positive experience. Definitely a great company.

Just rented a unit from Tristan today! Had a few interactions and a lot of questions prior to finally renting. He answered everything clearly, was very friendly and prompt with all communication, and showed me around to multiple units to make sure I got the size I needed. Good lighting, clean and well maintained location. Doesn’t feel sketchy like a few other companies I browsed 🫨 Thank you!!
