Hi. Place is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. I left a 4 star review based on the price. He has gone up so much since I got it. The last increase was $30!
Just rented a unit from Tristan today! Had a few interactions and a lot of questions prior to finally renting. He answered everything clearly, was very friendly and prompt with all communication, and showed me around to multiple units to make sure I got the size I needed. Good lighting, clean and well maintained location. Doesn’t feel sketchy like a few other companies I browsed 🫨 Thank you!!
This has been the most stressful day of my life. I was told at the last minute that my apartment wasn't ready for another month and with movers scheduled I was in a pickle. I am so thankful fromTristan who came to my rescue! All of his reviews are true! He was very friendly, accommodating and was able to assuage all my fears. He was able to get me into the exact unit I needed. He is a miracle worker.
The good: The staff is friendly, professional and courteous. The units and grounds are well mantained. Great pricing…INITIALLY The bad: Yikes, more than half of the property is surrounded by temporary chain link fencing. The fencing is secured with sand bags. The fencing is fronted by an empty lot of weeds. Far too expensive to have such shoddy “security” fencing. No dumpster for customers and only one working exit gate. I ran into problems taking care of the rental online due to security measures on my credit card. I went to the location office and Tristian did an amazing job of finding me a better deal than I would have gotten online AND he could not have been more professional and efficient in taking care of the situation! GREAT experience.
