Donna was extremely helpful. It’s my first time considering a storage unit, and she laid out my options very plain and simple, also wasn’t too salesy and pushy. She was personable and down to earth, very easy to talk to.

Facing the tough reality of having to place my personal items in storage because I don’t have space in my new apartment was quite hard. However, Donna not only helped me quickly understand the process but comforted me as well. Customer service of that nature rarely exists these days so I truly appreciate my experience.

This is by far one of the best storage facilities I have come in contact in Georgia, the facility was very clean and organized, it smelled like fresh laundry. I had the opportunity to speak with a very professional, well informed, and nice lady by the name of Angela. Ms. Angela provided excellent customer service which in today's world there's a lack of. I would recommend this store and Ms. Angela anytime. Ms. Angela is definitely an asset to the company. By far the best experience I have had in Georgia in a long time 😊.

Angela McCoy provided exceptional service in helping me understand the various policies and pricing changes related to my unit. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process easy to navigate. The unit itself was clean, secure, and well-maintained. I highly recommend asking for Angela when you’re looking to rent a unit

Natasha was the best! She was super patient and helpful with all of our questions and showing us around. We feel bad we came during her lunch but her smiling face greeted us immediately and made the process so seamless. Recommend everyone to check it out!
