Lee is amazing! He greeted me personally and walked me to my unit. He explained all the hours and extra helpful services provided during office hours. The facility is also very clean and easy to access. So glad I rented my storage unit here!

Mr. Lee was the best representative today, his impeccable service to serve the ladies of Eta Sigma Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority this Saturday was top notch. I love love love our experience with our storage unit at Extra Space on n. Decatur Road. Clean, pleasant, super easy, always lots of trolleys free to put your stuff on. Best of all, they go around and check every day that all the locks are secure. One night my husband accidentally didn’t put the lock back correctly. The next day I got a call from Lee who told us what happened so we could come back to secure it. That was amazing! A+++ service and really nice place to keep safe the stuff we want to keep! Thank you!
