This is by far one of the best storage facilities I have come in contact in Georgia, the facility was very clean and organized, it smelled like fresh laundry. I had the opportunity to speak with a very professional, well informed, and nice lady by the name of Angela. Ms. Angela provided excellent customer service which in today's world there's a lack of. I would recommend this store and Ms. Angela anytime. Ms. Angela is definitely an asset to the company. By far the best experience I have had in Georgia in a long time 😊.
Since Frank left this place has went completely left. I am moving my things out of this storage as soon as I find a better storage facility. I pay too much money for a space to have all these new rules and new changes made and be limited. The temperature in this building is extremely hot. I have things in my unit now melting and going bad. When frank was her i did not have this issue. The person running it now she is rude and her customer service skills needs work. I have to admit this is the first time I rented out a storage and it was a wonderful experience. The storage units were very clean. The prices were great and Mrs Natasha Wright was very talkative ,friendly and went out her way to give me a great deal.
Angela is the absolute best! She really helped me out and made me feel comfortable with the whole process of trying to get myself moved in, by giving me a detailed breakdown of how everything works literally walked me to and through my unit, helped me with my lock that I was struggling with, until I got it situated. She got me in, and I’m good to go! You can tell when people love what they’re doing and when they don’t. And for her, it’s not just doing the job. Her whole heart is in it. And it shows!
The facility was very clean . I had the opportunity to speak with a very professional, Ms Angela is awesome and the bomb, excellent customer service. It was a pleasure speaking with Ms. Angela she was wondering a worker in customer service who exemplifies expertise and knowledge. Absolutely love and would recommend her anytime. Great person to have in your company.
