This is by far one of the best storage facilities I have come in contact in Georgia, the facility was very clean and organized, it smelled like fresh laundry. I had the opportunity to speak with a very professional, well informed, and nice lady by the name of Angela. Ms. Angela provided excellent customer service which in today's world there's a lack of. I would recommend this store and Ms. Angela anytime. Ms. Angela is definitely an asset to the company. By far the best experience I have had in Georgia in a long time 😊.
Angela McCoy provided exceptional service in helping me understand the various policies and pricing changes related to my unit. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process easy to navigate. The unit itself was clean, secure, and well-maintained. I highly recommend asking for Angela when you’re looking to rent a unit
Natasha was the best! She was super patient and helpful with all of our questions and showing us around. We feel bad we came during her lunch but her smiling face greeted us immediately and made the process so seamless. Recommend everyone to check it out!
Sheila Marie was very professional and helpful. She assisted my needs and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and confident with my belongings at the Decatur location off north Decatur rd.
Since Frank left this place has went completely left. I am moving my things out of this storage as soon as I find a better storage facility. I pay too much money for a space to have all these new rules and new changes made and be limited. The temperature in this building is extremely hot. I have things in my unit now melting and going bad. When frank was her i did not have this issue. The person running it now she is rude and her customer service skills needs work.
