Cathy is a superb manager and one of the main reasons why I happily will continue to store extra stuff at Extra Space Storage. The facility is climate controlled, always clean, well-lit, safe and camera-recorded. It's the people who have worked there with Cathy, the manager, that give me continued confidence in the quality of management.

excellent location... easy to get in and out... might want to make the reservation over the phone as the website did NOT spell out promotional parameters (it was a shock to get a 80% price hike after 3 months).... office people are super helpful and patient getting you to your unit. the whole facility is clean and very modern.

Every stinking 6 months this horrible corrupt company almost doubles my rate. I am sick and tired of being held hostage by a storage company taking advantage of me having to store my deceased father's possessions. Don't even try to negotiate with them - they don't bother. Last time I stored with them there was water damage from multiple leaks that created mold in a bunch of boxes and furniture. DO NOT store with this company.
