Been using this place for storage for a few months now, must say the changes that have been made to this place are phenomenal and the immaculate customer service from the manager Viondi was outstanding. He was able to answer all of my questions and in and out in a timely manner, very pleased with the great service I receive.
Viondi was wonderful. Helped me get set up perfectly. Took his time to show me the options, explained everything and made sure that I felt catered for. Got a really goof storage unit. Very stress-free all due to his efforts and assistance. Definitely would recommend!
Up against a pressing time line plus, money issues. Extra Space took any/all anxiety put of the picture. Online, easiest platform ever. In-store customer service was exceptional. The whole experience was worry free & without a doubt, I'd recommend your company's service again & again. As a new customer, I couldn't be happier with my experience at Extra Space Storage. Viondi (apologizes if misspelled) was extremely helpful and friendly—he made the whole process easy and answered all my questions with patience and care. The facility is clean, secure, and well-organized, which gave me a lot of confidence in choosing this location. Signing up and managing my unit online was also very convenient. I’m glad I chose Extra Space Storage and would definitely recommend it to others!
Viondi was great and full of knowledge. He help me with a tour and proper size unit I might need. Very nice guy and easy to talk to. I felt a sense of family environment.
