My experience was nothing but great! The manager was informative and very professional. He even found a dolly for me to use which I accidentally locked in unit. His customer service skills, I applaud even with the situation my family was going through he made it a lot easier. I commend him!
Great experience! Reserved my unit online the day before I needed it, and instantly received my gate code, which was huge as I was on a time crunch and needed to move in on Thanksgiving day! Unit was clean and secure, and sturdy deadbolt was waiting inside. Easily drove my 15 foot Uhaul throughout the facility. No issues!
I've been with Extra Space for around 4 months and I have had nothing but great things to say about their service. Everyone that I have dealt with has been super helpful and extremely nice. I would recommend them to anyone!
