It was a pleasure to work with Marti. This is a great storage place! Remarkably easy online reservation and move-in process. Clean unit with easy accessibility. We opted to pay for 4 months up front to lock in the rate, so we will report back after the 4th month to see if we have a big increase. We were also able to return the lock (for a refund) without a hassle since we already had one from a previous unit.
The representative "Marti "was exceptional and very knowledgeable and I couldn't have had a better person to help me with what I needed! KUDOS!!! I'm reposting because in response to my post, Marti was referred to as a he and Marti is a she! Thank you Marti
