It was a pleasure to work with Marti. This is a great storage place! Remarkably easy online reservation and move-in process. Clean unit with easy accessibility. We opted to pay for 4 months up front to lock in the rate, so we will report back after the 4th month to see if we have a big increase. We were also able to return the lock (for a refund) without a hassle since we already had one from a previous unit.
Dan, went above and beyond to help me. It’s rare to encounter such outstanding customer service, and I truly appreciate all the effort he put in. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, providing peace of mind for storing my items. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and hassle-free storage!

Had a 10x20 storage unit at Life Storage/Extra Space Storage on Elliot Road in Gilbert, AZ for storing a car. No electricity. No climate control. In the first 4 months, they went up almost $50. In the next 6 months, they went up another $40, so in a period of 8 months, they went up $100. Ridiculous. That’s why storage facilities don’t want contracts anymore because they gives them the opportunity and ability to raise your rate whenever they want to.
