My customer service experience has greatly improved since Ms. Chaquita James became the manager at this store. Thanks to her, it is now a very well-run facility although parking can be limed on Saturdays. The only drawback is the corporate office and their aggressive price increases, now happening twice a year. It's very hard for a small business, or anyone else for that matter, to budget with 2 price hikes in a single year.
