Easy Peasy Loved how the staff reached out to me after my reservation was confirmed and the online application made it easy since I was renting it for my daughter for her summer break and I'm in another state. I'll be back next year. Thank you Crystal and Katie!!!
Great Great. Everything went well with the move in
Easy to use Easy to use storage! It is a big facility so check your unit before moving in as there’s likely another entrance than the main one that will be closer and make it easier to move.
Facility itself is fine but communication and service could be improved. Customer service was not very helpful (people were constantly on breaks or unwilling to help with things like finding moving carts), and there were hidden fees that almost doubled the original price of the unit.
