I’ve been a customer for about two years now. Jesus and the team that manages this place is great, but the actual facility and property has gone downhill. I especially do not appreciate all of the leaves and dust that their hired lawn service company blows into my storage unit with their leaf blowers. Because of this, many of my personal belongings, including clothing has been ruined. The front gate is inoperable and broken. This storage used to be really safe, good, and clean. But the last year it's been going down. There is alot of homelesses and sketchy people living in their vehicles inside the compound. We are a older couple and even though we have nothing but our decorations in our unit. Just being at the parking lot inside the gate is scary because their is homeless people living in the units/cars. If you are looking for a storage unit … you will need to look no further this is your place. Life storage gets from me an all around amazing review. The inline registration process was the easiest, they answered my phone call on a Sunday morning at 10:00am when I had a question, and Madison in the office just rocks! Thank you team for making a stressful start to my day take a turn for the good!
