This location is absolutely amazing. It is very clean. I rented a unit and it was ready when I arrived (locks and all)! Rick came out to introduce himself and assured us that if we needed anything, he was available on site. I underestimated the amount of items I needed in my storage. Rick was very polite and helpful. He was able to help me get a great price on a second unit in the facility last minute. I highly recommend using Extra Space Storage on 2000 university!
While we appreciate the convenience of the facility, the excessive fee increases are unacceptable. We experienced multiple increases during a single calendar year. When we addressed this with the onsite staff, there was no effort to help. When we reviewed the pricing options with the onsite staff and asked them to honor the online pricing, they refused, even though we have been tenants for several years.
