Great facility. We like that it’s indoors. They let us know we accidentally left the door unlocked so we could come secure our items. We appreciate the customer service!

Life storage aka now extra space off aw grimes is a wonderful and clean and safe location. I’ve been with them for five years and never had any issues with them. Rick is the best he is hands on and very friendly and nice. He easy to speak to and work out any issues you might have. The location is so clean and I have no problems whatsoever. I used extra space storage in Maryland, Florida and now Texas, and have always had an amazing experience with excellent customer service. The facilites are always nice and clean. I never had any issues. Mr. Rick was awesome made the reservation process quick and easy.
I give this location a 5 star. I called made reservations over the phone, Rick the manager was exceptional he showed us our options and showed us everything. Great customer service. Would recommend.
