Kim was amazing. She was accurate with all of our questions. Her follow up really was very timely . The service was so pleasant we paid a few months in advance .Very clean property and the customers that came when we were there seemed just as happy.
Kim the manager is super kind and knowledgeable. It made me feel like she appreciates my business. She answered all my questions regarding of being good or bad question. Very good customer service. Hard to find these days. Definitely give it a try.
I had a air conditioned unit at Life Storage for a number of years and throughout that time my items were safe and secure at all times. I wholeheartedly recommend Life Storage for your personal belongings that mean the world to you. There is no safer space for them in my opinion.
