The elevator broke in the middle of my movers transporting my things upstairs. As a result, I was offered a 1st floor unit for my remaining items at no additional cost (since it was beyond my control). That was after having to pay movers an extra 2 hours. I live out of town and was later contacted and advised that Extra Space was no longer going to honor that agreement.
