Tasha and John took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. Their customer service truly made a difference, and I highly recommend working with Tasha and John if you’re looking for a smooth and stress-free storage experience.
Tasha is amazing from the time I called to inquiry about the company and storage, she answered every question with ease and knowledge. When I came to the facility I witnessed her speak with other customers in person and via phone, she was very professional and knowledgeable. She multi-task with ease and with a smile, she never showed distress or frustration when she was handling business with multiple customers. Mini Mall Storage is lucky to have her as a representative. Great customer service.
I had an issue with what I had been told about billing and I called the office and spoke to the nicest gentleman named Joe Ested. He listened to my complaint and did not brush me off. He spoke to management and made sure I was taken care of. Joe restored my faith in good customer service. He made sure I had great customer experience!
