Jerusha, who works at this location is the best! I had gotten double-charged by mistake, she rectified that. Then, after mentioning my current financial situation, she found creative ways to help lower my bill , which I greatly appreciate! She was compassionate, listened to my situations, acted accordingly & quickly & got the job done!!!
Had a wonderful experience here! Specifically because Deja was amazing! Very helpful and so accommodating, made the move out process quick, easy & delightful! She's full of personality and goes above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need to successfully move in or out!
Everything was great. However, I did not get the one month free as advertised. There is a big sign in front of the storage facility.
