Jerusha, who works at this location is the best! I had gotten double-charged by mistake, she rectified that. Then, after mentioning my current financial situation, she found creative ways to help lower my bill , which I greatly appreciate! She was compassionate, listened to my situations, acted accordingly & quickly & got the job done!!!
People be warned! ⚠️ there is a manager here, by the name of Jerusa, who went into my account and change my ("contract status")-- she, without my permission, changed the contract agreement, so that money would be withdrawal out off my credit card account without my knowledge. When I approached her about it. She claimed the system did it. Which is BS for I was there for 2 yrs, before she started working there, and that never occurred to my account. I rented a 10x10 unit for my business online. 4 months later the price increased 50%I looked online and saw the same uni (10x10) was still being offered for the price that I originally paid. When I called to ask what was the difference between my unit and the other one, and why is mine $80 more, I was told it is based off of the market like everything else.
