I reserved a unit online very quickly. The website said a representative would call me shortly. My phone rang less than two minutes later! Jessica was a very friendly upbeat individual! As someone who has worked in customer service I really appreciate excellent personable customer service! Jessica handled everything for me and I could not be happier!
