Jimmy is the manager of the location I went to. I'm not sure if he is the only employee at the there, but if not, he's certainly the one you want. He called shortly after I made my online reservation to both confirm and explain some things about it. On the phone he was patient with my questions and didn't maneuver feel rushed, even when I overheard another customer walk in. Fast and friendly service... nice clean facility. All doors open with an AP, so no locks needed.

This is my second year using this storage place and I really love the experience here. Jimmy is very helpful, and provides every piece of information that you would need to get your rental ready and good to go. He helps out with anything you'd need. Great customer service. 100% recommend this place for your storage needs!

I noticed everyone using this place within the last few months have given it 5 stars.... I've been a customer for a year and a half and every 5 months my payments double. I call and complain but they say it's in the contract and they can do that. I would not patron this place AT ALL. Stay away!
