Fantastic management Extremely helpful and above and beyond service, left my phone there by accident and when I called my phone from another phone she returned my call and waited for me after closing for me to get back and pick it up she is outstanding
Becky helped me by phone- very professional and eager to help. Kay helped me on site and was just great- so professional and courteous. She took her time and helped me understand all aspects of renting, showed me the space and offered to help further if anything was needed. She made everything simple and clear. Just a great experience.
Very easy process First time renting with this place so time will tell but nice and wide vehicle storage units and automated gates. Many different ways to pay to make it easy.

5 star Lisa & the other girl manager were very helpful and got my fiancé and I a storage unit in less than 5 minutes. These two girls are very kind and customer service friendly. I would recommend to everyone to rent from life storage! Thank you girls!

Great! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Customer service is great, rooms are clean. One time I didn't lock my unit properly, any maybe two hours after I left they called me to tell me.
