5 stars to Ashley for good customer service but that can only do so much. Specially when she is off and random co workers cover her shift and mess up her hard work. Letting homeless people rent when she is not there. She needs an assistant manager, is not fair she handles 2 bldngs on her own. This place is NOT SAFE FOR WOMEN. After 6+ months of renting here and waiting for the homeless issue to be handle just couldn't do it anymore. They are getting violent and even tried to fight the district manager. Ashley is great... this is a great facility to store your items..I store my items here and refurbish furniture
This storage facility is great! The building is clean, they have accessible carts to use, and Ashley the manager is a doll! She is the friendliest, most accommodating person! Highly recommend this location for your storage needs!
Natasha . She’s amazing. She does it so well and I didn’t wanna leave the storage. She delivers customer service beyond my expectation. I love to see her around anytime I’m here.
